Child Safety Standards - GUPSPORT
Global Universal Platform OÜ, the operator of GUPSPORT, is committed to protecting children and maintaining a safe environment. We have zero tolerance for Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE) and Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM).
Our Child Safety Standards explicitly prohibit:
- Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE) in any form
- Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM)
- Any content that sexualizes, exploits, or endangers minors
- Grooming, solicitation, or inappropriate communication with minors
- Sharing or distribution of content depicting child abuse or exploitation
- Any behavior that violates child safety or child endangerment policies
Child Safety Enforcement
GUPSPORT implements the following measures:
- Proactive Detection: We use automated systems and manual reviews to detect and remove CSAM/CSAE content
- Immediate Removal: Any content violating child safety policies is immediately removed
- Account Termination: Users found violating child safety policies are permanently banned
- Law Enforcement Reporting: We report all instances of CSAM to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and relevant law enforcement agencies as required by law
- User Reporting: Users can report suspicious content or behavior through our in-app reporting system
